Downloadable items

You can download your item in the customer area of our eShop. As soon as the item is ready for download, we will notify you by e-mail.

How do I download?

ANSWER - All items are listed as a DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS - meaning that before you buy, you will have to register (if you are not already registered) - and after you have paid you will be referred back to the website 'Customer Log In' page. Once you have logged in, you will see a list with "DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS" - click on and the download/s you ordered will appear. You can download your item/s instantly - click on 'Download' at the right hand side.  I have set it to allow you to download up to 5 times  and over a period of 60 days (so if you make a mistake you can download again) - that should give everybody plenty of time to make sure that they have downloaded AND SAVED the files correctly.  This does NOT  mean that you can only print them 5 times - you will have the files forever, saved onto your own computer and you can print as many cards etc as you want to!!

NB When you go to download  ........ instead of simply opening the file, choose ‘SAVE’ and CHOOSE WHERE to save it to on your computer (otherwise you will not be able to find it again!). I would suggest that you ‘create a new folder’ - perhaps on your desktop - call it ‘SAM Cards Downloads’ and you can start collecting all your downloads in the same place - and they are easy to find again!

Don't worry! You WILL get your cards! If you have a problem we will get it sorted out! If you prefer, I can always send the download/s by email.
